You’re invited to help make history in medicine by enrolling in VA’s Million Veteran Program (MVP) at mvp.va.gov.
The future of women’s health is in your genes, and we need your help. Join your fellow women Veterans in VA’s genetic research program, one of the largest in the world, to help give comrades the best of tomorrow’s medicine.
What it means to join MVP
Participation in MVP is entirely voluntary, and Veterans go through an informed consent process to make sure MVP is right for them. If you decide to enroll, you will be asked to:
- Review and give your informed consent
- Provide a blood sample for genetic analysis
- Allow access to your health records to approved researchers on an ongoing basis
- Fill out surveys about health and lifestyle
Visit mvp.va.gov to learn more and enroll today.
Want to talk to someone instead? Call 866-441-6075 to learn more and find an MVP local site near you to enroll in person.
Why is there a Women Veterans Day?
